^Because people our age keep taking our families to see these 80's remake. Now Hollywood is miking the 80's for everything it has.

The 80s were a really corny time in pop culture. Some of the movies still stand up while others aged really badly. Robocop with today's technology could be really cool if done right. Robocop is one of those movies that isn't the holy grail and it wouldn't be a bad thing if it's remade well.

Robocop 1 and 2 still hold up very well. But yeah, the 2000's lack so much imagination and creativity its pathetic.
