    How's My Inking

I was inking this page, but I feel like something seems off.
Any comment would be much appreciated.
On the blue lines only. I didn't do the pencils, they are only there for reference.

You're right there is a few things off with this page, have you inked these already?

I like the idea and the execution, the ink and lines are friggin spot on! Solid effort with the building placement as well. A highschool girl running around stealing a wad of cash with badass guns but I can't help but feel there's something very odd about the way the scene is laid out.

Why is she jumping off the building (just how high is she?) to unload on a car, not really hitting anybody and then magically landing on her arm on the hood of the car into a side flip. She must be a superheroine with crazy strength to pull that off and a magician for going going feet first but somehow lands on her arm at the very end.

Apart from that tho, there's some very deeply flawed anatomy/perspective going on I really think you should look into that. The buildings are great but I really don't like those long bridges in between buildings, they don't look practical at all.

    Keep it up Neon Neuron

    Thanks!
I usually draw and ink with a brush-type preset as you can see here:

But, this was done with vectors. It was my first time trying this and I wanted to see what others thought. I feared it might make the lines look stiff and dead.

This is a thing a friend and I were doing.
It''s a sci-fi comic based in the distant future. The school girl is a robot, which should explain the acrobatics.

Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Yeah I think stiff is the only thing that I could come up with but it didn't look "wrong" per se (and manga stuff often looks stiff to me anyway).

    Why blue ink?

Blue ink helps me see it better over the pencils. Higher contrast. When I'm finished, I change it to black.
