People seem to like Slott's writing and really, it can't be any worse than Franken-Castle.

I could have bought the idea if they spent any time making him look respectable, but that crappy costume and haircut didn't win me over. Missed opportunity to do something different.

The costume isn't that bad. I've seen much, much worse, and the story is interesting enough to buy.

I have confidence that Dan Slott will tell an entertaining story that won't FEEL like a publicity stunt (even though that's exactly what it may be).
