These are my pencils for the Storm/BP fight. Made some adjustments to Storm and fleshed out the rest of the piece. I think I have time to get some digital colors on this and then I think I have a semi-OK shot in the brawl!

Drawdan, very nice work. Excellent take on the characters.
Wassy, I love the facial expressions, very genuine.
Walril, real nice anatomy going on with the Rhino, the right thigh seems a tad off but that can be touched up when you start shading and tightening up. make the curve of the top of the thigh a little more pronounced going into the knee and lessen the curve of the hamstring slightly. That's just my two cents, ask Loston or keith for a critique, they will give you some good advice to make this piece really pop. you already have an awesome foundation.

DIS - Awesome!! Great energy and action (and anatomy!). Love the Bosums vs Bottums sign!
@Tudore
If you've got a chance to get your hands on the book 'Force, Dynamic Life Drawing for Animators' pick it up. I like it because it focuses more on the relationship of movement, weight and force than on the specifics of 'piece by piece' anatomy. It's teaching me a lot and I think you'd really enjoy it.

A little late on the start up. But, now I've got to crank. I am going on vacation on Saturday and won't be back until after the polls are posted for monthlies.
I've been doing a lot of 'cartoony' stuff lately and my goal with this piece is to get back to inking and super hero-ish proportions. I'm going to take some liberties with the original characters and re-imagine them as though they had been drawn into a comic book in the 90's rather than drawn into an animation.
Once I get this pencil to the place I want it, I'll re-draw it, ink it and call it done. No coloring for me this month.

@ Sketchbook: Thanks. It will probably be a while before I can get my grubby little hands on the book, but I'll take it as advice to look out for how other artists show motion in their drawings.
I'm leaning to a [series of] portraits, though I am still considering doing a four-way fight scene. Just some concept sketches; playing with incorporating zeppelins, mushroom cloud fringe on the nimbus. The version with just Fury seems stronger, though I may give her a possessed arm or eyes.
