Thanks guys, I guess looking at this for so long i didn't realize how big the hand was. I failed at the foreshortening, and it is something i need to work at. But even still, i tried to exaggerate everything in the piece making his head small his body large, the gun very large the arm very large, hope very small, etc. And making the composition jump out at you.

Perhaps doing the daily check in thread would have helped.

But i just wanna say, this is the 1 year mark in pummel for me, and i really feel like i was pushed to my limits almost every month. And i personally can see a difference in my art from 1 year ago. I was thinking about quitting pummel after 1 year, but i am definitely going to continue battling it out.
