I usually gush over NYP's stuff. He is one of my favourite artist's here. But I had to go with Marooney on this. I just felt NYP's was a bit scattered.

I love the humor in yours Marooney, it almost got my vote because of it, but I went with NYP for the dramatic battle scene. All those chains in the air, plus the pentagram, seems kinda of cluttered though.

Yeah, I totally lost interest in this piece halfway through and struggled to finish. It looks a lot better in person. Hopefully I will touch it up and then scan it. Great job by Mr Marooney. The Mephisto is kick ass.

Sean, I like this, and think you're improving a lot technically, but I also enjoy it when you tailor your style to the subject better. Cartooney matched the Incredibles, and pencils matched Game of Thrones. I'm not sure this one matched the hell I expected.
