this forum has spell check. when you type rediculous it will show a red line under the word. if you right click on it, it will give you the correct spelling.

It did not do that for me, but thank you for pointing out the fact that I rely heavily on spell-check when I write my proposals at my regular nine to fiver!!!

The forum itself isn't using spell check. You must be using Firefox, Opera or Safari for your browser or, you have Speckie installed for IE9.
As far as the character, I suggest a short cape in the style of Shazam and Captain America styled boots! And maybe thickening up his lower left leg.
