At first glance-
It's Jean-Luc Picard's- in the closet- twin brother. He was taking time to stop and smell the roses when he suddenly had the urge to pee.
Your skills are pretty good but the pose is not good. And I'm sure you didn't mean to make the glasses in the shape of hearts but it looks that way. I think if you would spend some time watching how people stand and their mannerisms, it would help your posing immensely. Keep it up!
Yeah glasses were just a design thing, true the pose isn't too good, though I used absolutely no reference when drawing it, he's mean't to be just a the point of pushing off his feet to move quickly, I think other parts of it started to work well and I just felt it would be good as a reference for myself.
