Excellent work Dann, I'll take my beating like a man.
Morg...your Galactus is rock solid! I sincerly doubt there'll be any beatings done by my piece! Great work!

If anyone chimes in about an imbalance, remember the thought - how well do the piece achieve what it's trying to do?
Whether pin up or sequential, that's a good bar to hold it to.
These are both excellent pieces, guys. Ya did the Heavies proud.
Geezaloo, guys. Nothing against Dann for sure but I'd buy the Galactus as a poster. Very tough call.

These are both excellent! Danny brought the works with some serious Kirby action in his pages! Really like the gray tones in those pages and panels, some old-school goodness! Morganza really blew me away with the dramatic lighting achieved through the masterful use of halftones, probably the best illustration this moth (IMO). I hate to not vote for sequentials, especially when they are as good as Dann's but I had to go with Morganza this time around.
Sick work guys! That Galactus is really well rendered, but I got a lot of enjoyment out of Danns pages. By a slim margin my vote goes to Dann.

Both of these are above my pay grade for critique... I went with Morganza for overall completeness and solid SOLID inks (That's not to say Dann didn't have good inks... Morganza's was just INSANE).
I had to spend some quality time staring at both of these pieces before I came to that call... REALLY awesome work, gentlemen.
Dann imitated Kirby really well: Poses, camera angles, special effects... but overall, that Galactus piece really blows me away! I gotta know, BPS: Do you take the time to use a ruler to get those straight hatching lines, or do you just have insane pen control?
