    Some Sequential Stuff

Here is some stuff that I have done recently for COMICized, a full comic book production studio. There are so many fun things being thrown at me, I love the job!

    Chipmunk vs Squirrel 2

    Mason Origin Story

both of these were written by Mike Gagnon

Some of the panels are nicely drawn but honestly I have trouble figuring out what's going on in both comics. Maybe with the text it makes more sense.

Story telling is Very important.....VERY. your work should be like a silent movie,so the reader knows what's happening with out any help.......Also..Gutters are important in many sequences..your gutters are uneven and don't really compliment your panels ( I love that you love this art ) And you seem to be very serious...that in mind....Be the best you can be!

Your ink looks... messy, I guess is a good word for it. The panels with the squirrels need more differentiation from the foreground to the background. They kind of just blend in. And, without text, I have NO clue what order the panels are supposed to be read in with that last page.

Have you ever read Scott McCloud's 'Making Comics'? It's not a 'how to draw' book, so much as a 'how to story tell' book, and 'why the eye/brain reads things the way it does' book. It'll drive the point home about the gutters.
