I recognize some of this stuff. I think I know you from another forum.
A word to the wise though, on this forum, there's a pretty strong policy of crediting your art sources. If you're doing a cover/copy of another artist's work, it's best to say that before someone else does.

It's your call, but usually that'd be a safe thing to do. If you post up something and say "I drew this", and someone comes in and says "hold on, that's a swipe from issue X", there's going to be static. Best to avoid that and be upfront about it from the beginning.
There's a fine line between getting inspiration from, to referencing, to straight out copying/tracing/swiping. And giving credit is the first step to nipping that in the bud.
Each forum has its own vibe, so I thought I'd best tell you about this one's.

I need some help with a piece i am working on, I can't seem to figure out how to get the frog to shine like in the ref photo?. Does anyone have some tips on how to achieve this?
