"Before Watchmen" DC Entertainment announces Watchmen Prequels

So apparently DC, eager to cash in on the Watchmen name in their new era, has finally pulled the trigger on doing prequels to Alan Moore and Dave Gibbon's Watchmen without him. They probably figure they can take whichever one gets the best reception and spin another movie out of it.

Interesting to note that JMS is writing more than one of them. I guess they figure he can bring some of that "Brand New Day" magic to their lineup.

Doing prequels will suck, no matter what the main characters go through, you know they will never be in real harm. I'd like to see books were the future is not already predetermined.

maybe its just me. i dont find amanda conner artwork sexy or appealing i find it bland. IF dc was doing this as a token i think they are more exciting artwork from other female artist like becky cloonan
