    Yes.

    1. Turn on your grid layer.
    2. Double click your grid layer.
    3. select the Grid tab
    4. You can set your Grid Lines and number of divisions.

You should be able to make a custom page template to do that...

Personally I don't know why you'd want to export layers anyhow.
To draw in MS and colour in PS. Also, I sometimes do colour holds on my lines. Far easier to do if I just have a 'line layer'.

edit: quick note - be careful which jpeg file you use. I grabbed one from my MS file folder... and it was bloody small! Better to export and ensure size... so far.

    That'll do. Thanks.

Still no way to zero out the ruler. Such a silly thing,

I wanted to set it up with panel rulers and eventually folders. I kept trying to just draw one panel and use the panel slice tool to do it. Which of course didn't work. Finally just started making multi panel rulers and all is well. This way you can retain the masking of the panel folder instead of drawing flat panels on one layer.

Here is quick screen cap to show how I did it. If anyone has another solution I would love to see it.

I hope I'm not just misunderstanding, but is there some reason you can't just create a single panel layer, and just delete the panels that you want to be open-bordered? If you don't know how to do that, you can select the panel on the ruler layer with the object-selector tool, then press Ctrl-Del.

Personally, after my first 10 or 15 pages in Manga Studio, I decided the panel folders were more trouble than they were worth, and started drawing all my panels on the same layer, with the rasterized panel layer at the top of the layer stack.

Did a video tutorial on MS Panels rulers/folders : http://vimeo.com/30696946

Hope it helps answer some questions.

How do you rotate a perspective ruler? Trying to angle my horizon line but can't make the ruler rotate.

Nevermind.... I really need to re-enable right click on my pen.

To adjust Perspective Rulers, Choose the Object tool, select the ruler layer that has the perspective ruler (or if the ruler is in a draw layer, just select that layer, as the ruler is in a sub layer) right click on one of the vanishing points and click on the menu item that says "Fix Eye level to horizontal" Be careful, as moving any "widgets" on the vanishing point "ray" can really spin your eye-level line. I usually just rotate the horizon line to where I want it to be, then right click on a vanishing point ray and choose the menu item "fix eyelevel to current position" and then move the vanishing points around.

Does Manga Studio EX4 have vector-based lettering capabilities?
