Hi!
Just as a starter -- what's a Doggebi?
Hi. I'm new here.
My art. Let me show you it!
At the moment most of my time is devoted to getting my web-comic: The Legendary Sisters of the Laughing Doggebi rolling. I plan to have the online version running by end of summer (hopefully sooner). And will be pimping a print version at Emerald City Comic Con in March.
So I guess I should begin with an image. Oh! Here's one...
This banner is constantly evolving as the concepts of the sisters mature. But I figured I'd start the thread with it because the sisters stared with the first draft of it (this is draft 2.4 btw).

Beastie, a doggebi is a monster of Korean mythology. It's likened to an ogre or troll. But the term is kind of a catch all for monsters including even demons and ghosts.
So before I introduce the sisters individually I need to introduce this guy:
Yoo Jin Won.
He's important as he acts as third person narrator... a kind of secret police in the direct employ of the king. Oh and he's chasing the sisters.
Yoo's got an apprentice named Park.
Park supplies the reader's voice.
OK. One last non-sister.
As we all know a hero (or in our case heroine) is nothing without a villain...
So I present you with the villain of the story: Mr. Han.

Finally... The Sisters.
First is Ran. They call her The Saint. It was she who inspired the others. She's the first sister. The undeclared leader.
As you can see she's changed quite a bit from the version of her in the banner. Clearly the banner is in need of an update.
Oooh, in that case, I like me some Doggebi!
On a graphics / text note -- I don't think your 'image headers' are complimenting your images (which are great, BTW). The fact that the 'L' and the 'D' are lower and almost extending right to the bottom edge of the brown banner feels quite uncomfortable. In fact, the 'Legendary Sisters' part feels kinda crammed in at the top too -- and the whole heading feels like its being a bit squashed.

Always at Ran's side is ChooWol The Woodcutter's Wife.
She's not that bright. But I wouldn't tell her that she's at least as strong as an oxe, perhaps two.

Beastie, you know to be honest typography is a serious failing of mine. I have no gift for it. You are probably right on all points. I've dreaded the act of coming up with an official masthead for the series for exactly that reason.
