New Thread Prefixes for Bulletin Board

To make it easier to classify information in the Bulletin Board forum, we've added a set of Thread Prefixes to use for categorizing your posts.

The current prefixes are as follows (descriptions as necessary):

    • [Wanted ($)] - to be used only when advertising a paid opportunity
    • [Wanted]
    • [Want to Buy]
    • [For Sale]
    • [Hype!] - to be used when announcing a new site, comic, award etc.
    • [Looking for Work]
    • [Notice] - a catch all, for use when posting events or introductions, etc.

These are easily edited or added-to; if you have any suggestions for improvement, please feel free to comment!

can you make it so we can edit our own thread titles (for instance, members art blogs)?

No, that doesn't seem doable at this time. I'm probably going to shift all art blogs to the official Blogs soon, anyway.

will we need to start the art blogs over, and repost our images if we still want them up, or will you just be switching the thread into a blog? either way's cool, just curious.

With the ends of thread thread titles getting clipped off (at least in the New Posts search results I get), would [Available] at 11 characters function better than [Looking for Work] at 18 characters?

I thought about going with some commonly used acronyms I've seen online ... WTB for Want to Buy, LFW for Looking for Work, etc.

    Thoughts?
