    No. Start writing.

EDIT: Wow, that was ruder than I meant it. But seriously. There's no such thing as writer's block. Just start writing something. Anything. Write about your day. Write about your dog. Whatever. Just write, and you'll get un-"blocked".

    Don't just start writing.

Concept ---> Plot ---> Page Breakdown ---> Write Dialog.

There's different kinds of writing. "Concept ---> Plot ---> Page Breakdown ---> Write Dialog" is not necessarily the kind of writing to do if you're feeling blocked. Just like if I'm feel "artist-blocked", it'd probably be better for me to just go wild in my sketchbook a bit than to make a big, tight, planned out illustration.

And that would all fall under the "concepting" stage.

It would also fall under the "just start writing" stage, which means I win, you lose, get the hell off my internets.

Seriously, though -- I'm not talking about using this writing as a starting point for anything bigger -- just using it as a way to start the physical process of writing, and get your head in the right place to do more serious writing. It's a lot easier to start when you don't put any pressure on yourself -- when you know this is just junk writing that no one but you ever has to see.

Just sit down take a deep breath and start writing whatever comes into your head. This is called free writing or brainstorming don't worry about What you are writing just write. It is important to sit down at the computer iPad typewriter word processor or whatever everyday and just write. Writers write it s that simple. Another thing that helps me is to find a favorite book preferably something I've read before and just thumb through it. Something about this act makes me want to write almost 100% of the time. Hope my ramblings here helped.
