I liked yours, Steve, but ekotek had a few more elements that bought me: background, past fighters, bloody gore.

Hmmm. Ekotek's rendition of his own character has been limited, IMO. The first round entry looked pretty similar to the original character sheet - and this version is drawn at the same angle again.

I hope that, if Ekotek gets through to the next round, we get treated to a pose other than 'straight on to camera and hunched over a bit'. Mix it up a bit, dude!

Ekotek's got lots of polish - gonna vote there. One thing I notice though - Wrecking Ball is supposed to be under 8 feet tall, and Brokenhill's guy is like 15 feet tall, but Ekotek's illustration doesn't represent the size difference.

Thanks Brokenhill - that's a nice piece, especially considering your limited availability this week...
Beastie, you're right - I'll try to mix it up more if I move on - maybe even try to go sequential - although that's a mighty tall order in our limited time-frame...
Thanks Electronicron - but, I think if you stood UhexD up on his feet, and stretched that long neck of his out, he would probably look correct, I considered that his neck length tied in to his overall height...after all, you don't measure your height with your neck bent down, right? That's the best explanation I can come up with anyway!

    I voted Ekotek.

Great round Steve, I liked the POV you used and the rendering, wish there was more going on.

I hate to say it, Steve, but Ekotek got my vote. He even threw in a dead Jack Stallion 'n' everything. Like Morg, I appreciate the overhead angle, but in the end, Ekotek had background and color, and his extra efforts have made a difference. Everyone on PJ knows that Brokenhill can throw down when he wants to, but I think Ekotek edged you out of this one.

HA! - A very real possibility - we're not separated too far geographically
