This stuff's rad. Do you draw comics? I wanna see some comics.
Dood. I spent all day trying to set aside time for thumbnailing. I admit I have been spending waaay too long reading McCloud, Martinbrough's Noir, Framed Ink, Master Shots... its getting to be a LOT of research but the payoff is coming. Life happens but soon I'll have sequentials to post. Hopefully my very first panels EVER will be clear AND pretty.

You know, I actually think I know exactly how you feel. I spent quite a bit of time doing my research, reading everything I could get my hands on about storytelling, layout, etc., before I ever actually drew a comics page (unless you count a few abortive attempts when I was 10 or 12). My first pages were fairly successful, so I think it was a valid path to take.
How's Martinbrough's Noir? And Master shots? I've seen both of those on Amazon, but haven't gone for them. I recently read "The Filmmaker's Eye", which leveled me up immediately.
Anyway -- I'm definitely looking forward to seeing some sequentials. If you drew a whole comic like that dude with the blue hair, I'd be all over it.
