Bats would fend off OZ and win the day
Planned meeting:
OZ would win.

I think where Batman would really be screwed is if this encounter took place in their civilian identities. Adrien wouldn't have a problem a laying the smack down on Bruce.

I said this in another post, Batman beat the snot out of Superman. When he was nearly 60 years old. If Superman fought Ozy, who would win? I mean, he shoots heat rays that melt metal out of his eyes.
