Keep them comin. Not much to see now.
Hey gang. I figured uploading a ton of daily sketches in the other forum would be in poor taste. So I am starting a blog here. Here I can post sketches n drawings to my heart's content I suppose. In any event gang, here is tonight's tasty morsel. (1/26/2011 4:23 AM)
Feedback would be much appreciated. I will try to update this sketchbook several times a week, if not daily. Thank you all for your support thusly.
Keep them comin. Not much to see now.
@luk-Thank you for the words of inspiration. I rarely attempt to finish drawings, but this one was somewhat inspired so I am working on completing the tasty morsel. Cooking chef style.
Phase II-Added rendering, made proportion tweaks, and erased my guidelines. Phase 2 is generally a stronger drawing. I will be adding more Phases as I complete them and put the finished product in the finished art area.

Okay gang. Here is the 3rd and final phase of this drawing studies. I hope you guys enjoy, any help will be appreciated. I edited out the third Elf-like head because I felt it had no place in the composition. I also added a super hero esque costume to the character. The figure is supposed to be the same figure with mask and without mask. Enjoy.

This is my second Work In Progress I am posting for the world to see. Note, that the original drawing is a sketch done many years ago but is still pretty solid. There are errors that I consistently made in my older work. Now, there are about five drawings in the set all done in one drawing session. Please enjoy. The medium is plain old drawing paper with plain Number 2 pencils.
This is the original drawing linked below.
This is the tracing linked below, I have a light box in my drawing studio.
This is the third sketch in the developing series.
This is the fourth sketch.
This is the fifth and current sketch I'm working on completing. The final drawing will have clothing and if it gets enough support I may ink it.
Enjoy these tasty morsels cooked up in my Alchemy Lab. Date: 2/5/011 Original work by ME.
Okay gang. Here is another W.I.P. I cooked up in my Alchemy Lab. This represents part of the drawings I completed for 2/6/11. The final drawing is meant to be some sort of a Cyborg-esque character. I hope you guys are enjoying the work I am posting thusly.
This is the original drawing in the set. I thought I misplaced it, but I ended up finding it before I started to scan everything in. Here you go gang, enjoy.
Below is the second phase of the drawing.
Below is the third phase of the drawing. I made a lot of changes to the basic layout of the drawing, including a rudimentary super hero-esque jump suit.
Below is phase 4. More changes, the drawing is starting to get considerably stronger here.
The final version and strongest of this daily morsels. If I get enough support as always, I may continue to solidify this into a stronger piece and place it on bristol.
Enjoy gang. I'm trying to upload at least 1 or 2 W.I.P.'s a day. If not more. Depending on how much I draw on a given day. This is all training for my EBay project. In any event commentary is always appreciated folks.
Tonight's quick sketch I did for a good buddy of mine. It's a quick reference study for a larger project. I'm gonna be posting as many of these as I get done. Anyway here is the drawing:
As always, comments are appreciated and welcomed.
Another work in progress. Enjoy. I did this one tonight after the pen sketch. For the final drawing I made a number of editorial sketches. I may further render the piece if people ask for it.
The original sketch is a drawing that is many years old.
I attempted to complete the sketch on the back of the page a few years ago. Hence drawing B. These two drawings were done -before- my internship at W.T.K.
Below is the third drawing.
Below is the fourth drawing. At this point I stopped using my light box all together and started attempting to eyeball it. This is a blue, ball point pen study.
Below is drawing five. I went back to the sketching phase. I've never bothered with thumbnails I hate drawing like that.
The FINAL drawing is below. I've made a LOT of editorial changes. Hopefully the piece is strong enough for people to appreciate!!! I may add more detail to this if the demand comes.
Enjoy my work gang. The finished products may be posted on EBay so please ask me permission before you use my work.
Two more for today. Sorry I haven't updated in a while. (3/18/2011)
These are two original characters of mine.
Lorenor, Valucre version.
Velindrel Rahnar. An original character for use with the roleplaying community known as Valucre. (Mentioned above)
The Velindrel drawing is an attempt at a character sheet.
Enjoy both drawings.
