Is there some reason that I am not permitted to post images all of a sudden? Or: am I missing something? I opened up a "post new thread" in "Sketches", and could find no tools to post image links. Down below on every page in the forum, it says that I do NOT have permission to post attachments. (When I reveiwed the instructions for posting, I see that that applies to everyone, and means that the image has to be hosted off-site). But still, I cannot find the usual tools for including image-links. Not to sound panicky, but did I violate a rule that I wasn't aware of? Or is the forum having problems? Please let me know soonest, I'd appreciate it.
Okay, update: As I post THIS, I can see the tools fine. When I pre-viewed my "Bat-Cleavge" post (having gone to the IMG code list to manually insert images), the tools are there then. So, I'm not sure what's happening, but as long as I can post images, I'm happy. It's possible my browser's now too far out of date, and I can't upgrade, as my even more out-of-date operating system won't support the upgrade. I can't even load the newest version of Flash player for the same reason. Could any of that be part of my problem with this forum?

I'm reevaluating the use of Cloudflare. I'm not sold yet that the caching is assisting us, and in some cases it feels as though this error message is popping up when it shouldn't be. There was a period of sluggishness earlier today, but things have leveled out now.
