I remember thinking that the Spectacular Spiderman cartoon looked really kiddie ... but then I was reall surprised with how well they did it ... till got canned that is ... .

I will definetly give this one a shot when it comes up here ... we don't get Disney XD I don't think. Just hope it is as good as it looks ... it has been in development hell for a few years.

I really like the animation and the music part. The designs are nice not super but nice. I see if I can catch it on hulu.

I can't quite point out what it is, but there's something off about it visually, that makes it look really bland to me. I feel like it's a step back from the Marvel shows we got last decade.
Wolverine and the x-men, Spectacular Spider-man, X-men evolution all looked better than this.
Heck, even that fantastic four thing that was on cartoon network a couple of years ago looked more appealing to me than this.

I don't even think it's necessarily because of the animation either. I feel it's mostly the coloring and lighting that makes it look really flat and boring.

I think it's because the colors are so oversaturated. That could be a youtube issue or maybe even my monitor, but it could also be a style thing.
Everything looks so bright, so there's no atmosphere to the shots. Even just fiddling around with the brightness and contrast in photoshop makes it look better and more in line with pretty much every superhero animated series from the last couple of years.

wow, im actually impressed they captured the "spirit" of the Iron Man movies.

Super fun story, but man- I am totally not feeling the designs on this. Why people feel the need to make animated characters as bland as possible is beyond me.
(OK, I kinda dig Iron Man and the robots; it's the people that seem like failures to me.)

I'm really impressed with the voice work. Especially the guy who's voicing Stark. If I were a kid they might've even fooled me into thinking they actually got Robert Downey Jr. for this show.
Still a shame that the animation and designs aren't top notch. But I guess the kids won't be bothered by it and will still be entertained.
