Avengers Movie Thread

The actors playing everyone except Iron Man have a 9 picture deal. They are set for all movies they can be in. As they all have contracts post the first Iron Man movie and they decided to think beyond just the characters own movies.

i actually really like mark ruffalo as the hulk. The only thing is, how much screen time is he REALLY going to get with all the cgi and such that comes with the role of banner/hulk? He's quite a decent actor but it might not show that much.

This movie is really starfilled, and obviously joss whedon's work speaks for itself..but can we really depend on him to bring this already hyped movie to its breaking point? Or is it inevitable that we be let down?

I'm fine with the cast and characters but if Hawkeye is going to be the only superhero introduced in this movie, then I'm really going to be disappointed.

Nope, won't be in this movie. Ant Man is getting his own movie written/directed by Edgar Wright. I'm sure Jan will end up in that movie and then both of them will be in Avengers 2, probably with Ultron as the villain.

Man,... Edgar Wright doing another movie. I hope he uses Bill Pope again because Scott Pilgrim was amazing.

Iron Man seems to be wearing modified War Machine armor.

I saw this earlier. Hopefully, Iron Man gets a new suit of armor. Perhaps a more noticeably different design, not a slight change like the main armor designs in IM1 and IM2. It is IM after all, he's supposed to sport different suits. Thor needs to at least wear his helmet.
