Well I figure it wouldn't hurt to start one here and post whatever little tidbits that can be found. Sorry if ya'll don't want this up it, I just wanted to pass on some rumors that can be found.
CAST so far:
With Joss Whedon directing, The Avengers supposedly begins production February 2011 with Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) confirmed. And Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Nathan Fillion (Ant-Man), and Eva Longoria (Wasp) unannounced.

Wow, that is some cast. This movie is going to need a serious budget or some back-end deals to pay all those actors, especially if Thor and Capt. America are big hits. Any word on the script or who the badguy(s) are going to be? I think they couldn't go very far wrong by just filming Millar's Ultimates (1st series). Of course they might have to tone down the cannibal Hulk a bit...Well I think this video pretty much sums up who's gonna be in this movie, wow, this is nuts
