I was walking past the T.V. when I thought I heard a new commercial ad for the Batman movie. I looked and realized that it was just an Expendables II Commercial. It sounds like they recorded the music from Batman and put their own clips in.

I can definitely see if he just sit around in the house all day for 8 years, it would do that to him.

Bruce has a vertebrae sticking out according to the dialogue. Then, a strange prison doctor/mystic cracks it in place. I don't mind that. I do mind the pointless, senseless League of Shadows intrigue. That was the weakest plot line from the first movie. Batman should have just beaten up mobsters. Not some strange outfit that claims to take down civilizations but cannot sustain one or aid or help improve a city.

    My favorite line:

Bane: Theatricality and deception are powerful agents to the uninitiated... but we are initiated, aren't we Bruce? Members of the League of Shadows!

    [Lifts Batman by the neck]

    Bane: And you betrayed us!

    LOVE THAT SCENE!

I finally saw this last Wednesday and I absolutely loved it. I can't wait for it to come out on BD so I can watch them all straight through.

this movie was so intense, i thought i was having heart problems.

I liked this alot better than the Dark Knight actually. I couldn't get over this one scene from the Dark Knight. Batman is this crazy white ninja who could kick so much ass, but he couldn't take down the joker in the final scene, when joker was armed with....a pipe and two dogs. Really? Batman could take down a whole swat team but can't take down a crazy guy with a pipe and some dogs? The whole point of the joker was that he was supposed to be a psychological foe, which is great. But to see batman struggle to fight him off in person was bullshit.

On the other hand, holy shit, Bane, this motherfoker's like some steroid pumped Mike Tyson. He was punching the shit outta the batman, doing the rope-a-dope and all that, it was crazy!

And catwoman, damn! I loved how the music and her mannerisms changed instantly when she was discovered. Like, shiz that was sexy! And catwoman and batman teaming up at the end was like a childhood fantasy coming true.
