For instance his left arm, foreshortening and shape needs work. Place yourself in front of a mirror with your arm like in the drawing and use it for reference. The blurred background gives nothing for the character. Leaving out the background might be a good idea or just developing a clearer one. Where it is detailed I like the character. The overall color job is good and the shoes are nicely detailed. Maybe putting this drawing back on the old drawing board and playong around with the concept more might help. This could be a really great illustration with some work. Or you could just trash the whole drawing and start all over. Hey, its been done several times even by the masters.
