Biography:
Sean Phillips (born November 21, 1920) is an African American musician, dancer, entertainer, liar and writer of contemporary BS.

More than 350 million copies of Sean's novels and short story collections have been stolen, and many of his stories have been adapted for film, television, and other media. Sean has written a number of books including the best sellers "How to Send People to Hell in 12 Easy Lessons" and "The History of Lesbian Hair"

In 2003 the National Book Foundation awarded Phillips the Medal for Straight Up BS.

In 2008, Phillips' book "The Black Man's Guide to Crazy White Women" was selected by Oprah Winfrey as one of "The New Classics: The 100 Best Reads from 1983 to 2008". "The Black Man's Guide to Crazy White Women" was ranked 99.

He is the most commercially successful and one of the most influential entertainers of all time. His unique contributions to music, dance, and fashion, along with a highly publicized personal life, made him a prominent figure in popular culture for over 15 minutes.

His 1982 album Delusional remains the best-selling album of all time, with Straight Out the Basement (1979), Sad (1987), Tell Yo Chick to Come Here (1991), and Meet Me at My Momma's House (1995) also among the world's best selling albums.

In 2003 Phillips was voted "Sexiest Man Alive" by FOCUS magazine, a popular publication for blind gay men. PAUSE.

In 2007 Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson had a highly publicized fight over Phillips on the Maury Povich Show. Sade broke it up.

He currently lives in Omaha Nebraska with his parents but he plans on moving out before 2012.
