Now that I have my Doctor Doom one finished (waiting for Todoss's post) I need another challenge. I don't draw enough female characters, so someone challenge me to draw one, willya? Prefer to keep it to pencils and inks again. I'm leaning towards 1 week since any longer and I'll just procrastinate.
Challenger picks the character.

I have no idea who that is, but google is my friend. It's on like donkey kong.
So Friday the 18th, pencils or pencil and inks sound good?
Oh, you're in Columbus. I'm at work over here in Reynoldsburg at this very moment. Don't live in town, but I spend a large amount of my time and money in C-Bus. May the best Buckeye win.

Ooh, I haven't seen anything Bazooka Jules related since those promo sketches LeSean did years ago.

Since work seems to be blocking most of the reference I'm finding (they block deviantart, which is about half the links), it's pretty much just cute girl, blonde pig tails, not much clothing, and guns guns guns, right? I don't see a consistent look in the pics I'm managing to find and using my phone during my break brought up pictures too small for me to do anything with.

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up, lol. I wanted a character long time comic readers might recognize, but who you don't see very often anymore.
Nice to have a hometown challenge. Let's make Ohio look good.

I have a rough done, but I'm not sure I'm real fond of it yet. I wanted a challenge and this is definitely out of my comfort zone.
Maybe I should just find a picture of a cheesecake for reference . . .

I haven't even started, I only just started my Rank match stuff yesterday.
In theory I'm going to crank this out in one go on Thursday, hopefully I didn't set us both up for a rough go.

Okay, I'm as done as I'm getting. A superlazy background, but I had to fill it in at least a little bit.

Got called in to work today (I usually have Thurs and Fri off), so it's going to come down to the wire for me. I'm gonna work on it on my lunch break/after I get home and hopefully I'll get it fully sorted by midnight.

Thanks, poll's up. It went up a little late because the board was having server errors, but it wasn't off by much.
It was a bitch trying to rush this out, I didn't get to do as much to define the image as I usually do. I got a lot done for 5 hours work though, so I can't complain too much.
I love your piece, I always enjoy clean styles. We do pretty similar work, it'll be interesting to see how the voting goes.
Good luck!

Thanks. I really liked yours as well, I have to admit I'm pretty shocked by how the voting came out.

*sigh* Alexcat isn't slouching either, his sequentials are looking good.
No rest for the wicked, looks like I'm gonna be working right up to the deadline.
