Hi guys, this is recent work I have done for community project FUSION JAM-Star Trek.
This represents my work nicely because I am not so good with anatomy and not the best finishers around.
Your comments are valuable and I am posting it here so that I could improve it further. :-)

your rendering is actually really decent , thats a great likeness of McCoy . and the colors are working nicely .
I wouldnt sell yourself short .
Im Voting middleweight based on what Ive seen of your work todate. Youll have to battle it out like the rest of us and improve with time but thats the fun of it all.

i really liked the inks on this, your colors mute it.
You said it yourself, anatomy needs work and your finish is good, but will improve a lot if you keep drawing. I keep on saying this aswell, but it's a frontal character design, it hardly shows the full extend of your ability. How would you deal with mudltiple characters, a background, storytelling within a single image. Definitly lightweight, you have the skills, but you have a lot to learn. You will enjoy it mate! Great to see you work on the community projects aswell!

All I could find for threads started by k0b13 was this thread. There is no other work for me to use as a measuring stick. Just based on this, I would choose lightweight, for two reasons. One, you're told to choose a piece that best represents your skill level and you chose this. And two, there nothing other than the figure to judge upon. Can you do backgrounds? Can you do dynamic compositions? We don't know.
So, based solely on what you've given us, I voted lightweight.
A dynamic pose and a background could make you a Middleweight, but a static standing pose gets a Lightweight vote.

Echoing what has been said above, the idea that this image represents your best work tells me you're a lightweight.
It's a decent likeness and all - but it's really just a single image taken off a character sheet.

I voted middle weight even though he's bow legged. He looks like he just got off a horse.
There aint no horses in space, man!

And in Firefly they had horses in space too. Why couldn't he be bow legged with out a horse involved? I do like the face and the coloring.

Voted middlewieght...but what do I know, I'm just a stepping stone for heavyweights to rise up in ranks. And Beastie....uh, what exactly is coming out of Scruffy the space horses keister?

I voted lightweight. The face is good, but eerything else is just a bit off - legs, hands, torso, feet, boots, everything. I think a little time working in the lightweight division will do you some serious good. It will make you work harder at refining those little mistakes.
