I would say that you need to enlarge this pic ... it is hard to make out as it is ... and I would have to go lightweight based on what I can make out ... but then again I am sure a whole lot of detail has been lost

Love the detail , Alien is one of the hardest themes to work with if your actually going to give into the detail .
I voted middleweight , though I think your going to find yourself pushed to your ability and forced to grow in that class . ( not a bad thing to have happen trust me Im going through it )
Welcome to the Fray Tragikdj911
i think ur much too strong for lightweight. I say solid middle of middleweight. but i would liketo see more work!

I voted lightweight. There just isn't enough strength in your line-work to vote otherwise.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I just recently came back to drawing after a very long leave of absence. A friend turned me onto this site and I love what I see. This is a very motivating environment. Couple quick questions...can we post more than one for pummel? or is there another place I should post for critiquing? Thanks again.

If you want crit you should post in LABORATORIES in either finished works or work in progress. I voted lightweight aswell, like said before your lines are squiggly, and there's quite a few mistakes in the drawing, not too mention that frontal character drawings are never going to impress the big judges at penciljack. Good drawingskill are a combination of anatomy, rendering, perspective and composition. I'd say your strongest asset here is your shading. Work on your drawing and get looser pencil strokes and you'll be improving in no time.

Thanks for the info slam. I posted a couple more drawings in "finished works". Again , c & c is much appreciated. They're some older works, but I really haven't grown too much further since then as an artist. I' ll post some recent stuff soon.
