Had to go with Deth on this one. It's probably just me but the colors look a little flatter than ussual for Manji, and with Deth's great background (I love the Asgard vs Athens thing) it put him ove the top. Great DO guys!

I like both but Manji's just looks kind of unfinished (I'm guessing because it's because it's not finished) and Thor has this weird underbite/ milk mustache thing going that weirds me out.

Deth's piece is fantastic, but I can't get over Hercules' dislocated shoulder - I noticed the arm and now I can't NOT notice it. I like the action in Manji's piece, though I think it could have been pushed much further.

Look at Deth showing heavyweight potential... could be an upset here!

Manji's does look like a speedpaint rather than a finished piece, although I can tell it could be awesome with more refinement. Can definitely see a Marko influence oozing out of this!

Deth put together a great composition with nice clean pencils... but I do agree about that arm. Still the best work I've seen from you, dude.

Wow really awesome piece Deth. I feel bad for not bringing it like I should have because my dumb ass didn't allow myself enough time. I feel really stupid because I was the idiot who asked for a shorter deadline! lol I was trying to squeeze in another pinup/print for the upcoming Heroes con. Oh well. lol.

But please don't think I'm making excuses because I'm not, just letting everyone know (especially Deth) that I will always be sure to allow myself enough time in the future so I don't turn in stuff like this.

Again though Deth you have really come a long way and your pencils have become much more crisp and your own. This and your recent wolverine piece are both leaps and bounds above your other stuff. You have really begun to develop your own style and its really clean and sharp, in short I like it. I like it alot.

I have it to Deth by a slim margin - love the finished quality and the sense of conflict. Asgard vs Olympus was a great touch.

Manji, even as a speedpaint, this has some really cool aspects. I really like the reflectiveness of Thor's bracelets - great job representing the different materials.

This was a great DO! Real close IMO but I went with Deth as it just had more going on. I refuse to give points for color unless both are colored so that doesn't come into play.

Wow... both these pieces are fantastic! Deth, yours in inspirational as I have problems with finished pencils. This is what it's supposed to look like. Manji, despite what others think I then the colors are awesome... It's like this battle was immortalized. Great job.

I went with Deth... but Manji's pic graces the background on my computer now.
