Both of you did a nice job. I ended up voting for Anubis due to the coloring and gritty feel.

Both of you should work on proportions a bit. They both look dwarf-like. Anubis due to the large head and JC due to the stubby arms and legs.

Good Job JC. I really had no idea what to draw for this until like a couple of days ago. I thought about showing his eyes JC, but I just stuck with the shading style I already went with for the rest of everything, and I didn't want that to be distracting.

I agree with you Bovey about head size, I thought about altering it digitally when it really stuck out to me after I inked everything.
