Anyways I went with Manji from what I've seen of Omega red (which would be from Hulk VS) I have to say his looks and feels alot more like the character, Armstrongs piece still has a really nice old greek art feel that I rather like though.

I really like the depth of your picture, ArmstrongArts, and the ink work on Cap's armor scales.

Manji takes my vote due to some very effective painting, style and depiction of emotion. Sweetness!

Gotta go Manji on this one ... I knwo it isn't 100% complete ... but he came in and got it all squared away quickly ... and it just has such soul to it.

Armstrong ... nice piece dude ... but right now Red looks very off balance ... and his legs look a little blobby ... but the BG kicks tail ..,. I am looking forward to seeing more.

No problem .... you are totally welcome ... it is a VERY cool piece as a whole .... it just kind of looks like in about 2 seconds Red is going to be like "OH SH&T" as he falls. Nice rendering though ... really top notch.

P.S. Have you put up your seeding poll yet to see what class you would be in?? I was just thinking that this wouldn't be a bad piece for it.

Yeah ... if you check the archives guys are posting up pieces and having people weigh in on their weight class for the remainder of the league ... you just put up a poll with Light, Middle, and HeavyWeight ... and guys vote where they think you belong. You will start at the bottom of that weight class ... but you don't have to start at the bottom of light weight.

The tournament is just the start of PUMMEL.

Once the tournament is over, the main part of PUMMEL begins, which is the ranked monthly matches. In order to participate in those, you must post a weigh in poll to be placed in either the lightweight, middleweight or heavyweight divisions. You'll start at the bottom of which ever class you're voted into and through the monthly ranked matches you'll be able to work your way up the ranks to face the champion.

One more thing. I would like to apologize to you guys and Manji for voting for myself I didn't realize it was an unwritten rule. I noticed that Manji voted for me once I figured out how to look at the votes. I looked at the other pummels and noticed that no one voted for themselves. wow both awesome pieces. As far as inks go that is an awesome piece armstrong, just a shame you made Omega Red too handsome lol, that's why I had to go for Manji's. That is just really omega red. Although....why is he holding his....in his hands? Oh wait, that's his other tentacle :D
