This is very important and needs to be done ASAP for all participants.

For tracking statistics and making the match set ups easy to manage, Breck has created an online spreadsheet through Google.

If you are currently in the tournament, participating as a rogue with the intent of joining the fray after the tournament or plan to participate at all... this is required. It's free. It's easy and it will make my job in this MUCH easier.

Please visit this thread for instructions on how to set up your spreadsheet.

Again, this needs to be done ASAP. We need this in place before the next round starts on May 16th.

Anytime you complete a match, update your spreadsheet and it will automatically update the master rankings spreadsheet. This is what we'll use to determine the monthly matches after the tournament. So again... very important that you take a minute to create yours.

On a side note... If you are caught swiping you will be disqualified. Do not use someone elses work and pass it off as your own. It's cheating and won't be tolerated.

You've gotta use the document in step 3 and then save a copy of it as your own:


OK, so here is how we have decided to do stat tracking. Each person will be responsible for updating their own spreadsheet which will automatically be linked to the main spreadsheet so that people can easily see the standings.

Here is what you need to do:
1. Go to http://docs.google.com/ and sign up for an account if you do not already have one.
2. Make sure you are signed into your gmail/Google account.
3. Go to http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=r5dP9MFWHTXzW-c8XeNuBUg&hl=en
4. Click File->Create a copy...
5. IMPORTANT: Open your spreadsheet and click the Share button at the top right corner and select See who has access... At the bottom of the pop-up window you will see Sign-in is required to view this item. Click the Change link and select Let people view without signing in. Make sure you save the spreadsheet after you do this.
6. This is now your personal stats spreadsheet. Copy and paste the URL into your post in the Stats and Records thread (http://www.penciljack.com/forum/showthread.php?t=93194).
