I went for Grey but otherwise I gotta say my favorite is Gladiator Hulk/Green Scar.
Big, strong as all hell, and not too bright but still sharp for what he has to do.

Green Hulk is the definitive Hulk. Grey hulk is okay, but I prefer my Hulks smashing and roaring, not as casino bouncers.
Red Hulk needs to be revealed soon or I will never read a Loeb title again! (Incredible Hulk #600=epic dissapointment)
