I learned with experience that Inking and scaring doesn't match! Try to feel relaxed while you ink...it's better trust me! Besides according to what I see you're doing a very good work, so no reason at all to be scared!!

Agreed. You've got no reason to be apprehensive. From the progress currently shown looks like you've got this inking business in the can. I especially like the hatch work on John Connor's clothing.

I've always been told I'm difficult to ink, alot of the techniques I use definitely aren't inker friendly. I don't think you did a bad job at all. The longer hatch lines are the parts that look like they gave your trouble.

I think you did well with that, all things considered, Morg. Dave is difficult to ink, no doubt, but you guys seem to mesh pretty well.

Someday when the planets are aligned and I have time, I'd enjoy trying my hand at inking both you and Dave. If that can happen down the road, I promise the results to be nothing short of sex on paper!

Morg, it's pretty spot on. You drew a sort of idealized version of me. My ears stick out a bit more and my lips are bigger and I have a weird overbite that you'd only notice if I was making that same face, but otherwise, nice work! :)

This one is really cool, Morganza! The facial expressions really sell a story here. Your Jesus portrait has a very Durer-esque quality to it with the line work. Your inking practice is definitely paying off, nice job!

Kae_ae, I don't understand why I can't draw people to look exactly how I see them, I have no academic art training. I am self taught, the only thing I do is keep drawing the same face over and over, sometimes I'll trace a face to see If I can remember it better. I wish there was a trick to it I can learn but I haven't found one yet, you should set up a drawing "Likenesses" community project, like the weekly sketch group, I'd join in on that action.
