Hey MP ... I recommend that you study Andrew Loomis's -Figure Drawing For All It's worth. The book is out of print but you can get it at the following link. Honestly MP it has some great stuff on anatomy and proportions that will really help your drawing ... as those are some of the areas that you need to work on.
