A group of explorers enter a newly discovered temple thought to be a myth. Upon entering they find the remains of a warrior king still sitting on his throne wearing his crown of blades.

Small and fragile Vanya has extraordinary mental capabilities ranging from telepathy to telekinesis. She has been raised by the Soviet military to become a spy and assassin. Joe Franklin is part of a covert US team sent to locate and destroy the Soviet operation including Vanya. However once sent in Joe realizes she is just an innocent girl, and turns on his team to save her. Now both are hunted living day by day.
