Great stuff Bard and welcome to PJ! Really dig the Christmas piece, that is a painting style I have always wanted to be able to do. Love the Canary piece also, my only critique on that is the feet seem 'off' like they are under rendered etc. Can't quite put my finger on it but something about the feet just bugs me. Still it is a gorgeous piece and shows your skill. I look forward to seeing more from you.

Welcome Bard.

Were those done with a photo reference? It is general protocol around here, that credit should be given to photos used as reference.

Very nice pieces btw.

Thanks for the warm welcome!
Manji-yeah..so true! I actually rendered the shoe with white chalk pencil, but after I sprayed it with fixative, it sorta disolved and grayed it.
As for the painting style..maybe just use a large brush and work on a smaller window. Worked for me
Ugga Bugga- Thanks, it was just supposed to be another nude study I got from the net but I just turn it to a Superheroine. hehe
KrizDiaz-Thank, man!

Often with photo-realistic pieces like this, people lightbox, and reproduce other's work as their own.

It is a real testament to your skill level, that you can achieve this look without doing so.

This is excellent work. I can't wait to see more from you.

What did you use to draw those two robots? Looks like vine charcoal. Either way, very impressive! Those values are incredible.
