Ok since Halloween is coming up and since the Monthly Draw-off championship (http://www.penciljack.com/forum/showthread.php?t=80330) has a Halloween theme. I thought the Weekly Sketch Group could be a great place to get some ideas going etc. So let's get things rolling by showing a sexy side of halloween. This weeks topic is....
A sexy witch
Have fun...

I really messed up this one, should´ve stucked with JLFG´s advice on using larger papers...I actually bought a bigger scetchbook, with papers in A3-format. I promise to use those next time. C & C are very welcome. Maybe her left leg is too long?

Yeah tell me about it I have been missing a lot of them and I'm the ringleader of this group! I have just been in a 'hate my work' mood for the last month. But gotta remember the only choices are to either cry about it and work through it or cry about it then give up.

I enjoy doing these sketch groups, even if I seldom have time to do many of them, or to commit anything more than just a quick sketch. Jason (note that I didn't call you "Brian" ;) ), these are brilliant exercises, and I really appreciate your efforts in posting new ideas each week.

Honestly Manji, I haven't drawn this much in about 5 years. i greatly appreciate these topics, it keeps me from drawing batman and wolverine over and over....and i just don't have enough time or patience to do complete pencils.
LONG LIVE WEEKLY SKETCH GROUP!!!!!!

Yeah don't worry guys the sketch group isn't going anywhere. I was just crying about why I haven't been participating like I should lately. I am glad you guys enjoy and like I said it's not going anywhere.

Ok, I suppose thatīs good.:)
Iīm not satisfied with her hair, hair is difficult...
I'm an Art Adams fan and that means it's all good. With hair you'll have to simplify it as much as possible. You need not draw every strand of hair unless you are going for photorealism. Either use less lines (usually light hair) or sections of spotted blacks.
A really quick example. I'm no master of hair, mind you.

Do a third sketch to add here and see how you go.
