Sorry for the late post guys I'm blaming it on Labor day weekend. Anyway the topic for this week will be:


Leonid is a masked Soviet assassin from the cold war era who is obsessed with lions and incorporates this into his uniform.

Meh, once out of 25 ain't bad. I have a short school day tomorrow so I'll see what I can do. I realy need to get back into the rhythm of these. I start them, but can't finish 'em.

As for the mask, hey -- if Clark Kent can get away with a pair of glasses, then ol' Leonid can get away with a dashing, identity-shielding lion's mane. :D

Just a quick sketch here of (who I'm calling) "the SIBERIAN LION". It's just a quicky, but it was fun drawing the lion head. I figure he has lion-paw guantlets that cover the back of his hands, but leave his palms open for gripping bladed weapons. I also figured he'd be in great shape. As an assassin, he'd need to be, but if you're going to go around wearing a lion's head for a hat, you'd best be able to handle yourself in a fight. ;)
