And simplification and keeping the realism in the sketches is out of this world. Maybe some1 will disagree but I'm below amateur so this is WOW to me :D

going by your sketches, i'd say that you need to work on your foreshortening a bit.

By looking at these pencils it's pretty safe to assume you'll never stop drawing. Obviously you love it. Some of the links are finished pencils already and I especially dig the fluidity of the figure in the first link here (http://img122.imageshack.us/img122/2315/assassinchickql0.jpg).

I can't really add more other than I hope that you post more regularly because the art here is quality.

You've really improved a lot and that's saying something since you already had a ton of skill before. I really like the Super Patroit one. Show us some sequential stuff.

The only crit that pops out at me is in the commission of the guy holder the other guy by the head. The holder's lower right leg looks really flat. It seems you're using that generic all over form shading instead of a natural light source. In that same pic by the shadow on the ground you've got a strong enough light source coming from behind the standing to cast a long shadow but the rest of your shadows and shading aren't consistant with that light source.

I think you've leveled-up. Definitely.
While your linework was always of quality, I sometimes cringed a little when looking at your faces, and the poses could be stiff and/or generic.

It's no longer the case, everything seems to be flowing pretty well. Very good stuff!
