yes, because by your sketches we can tell you are already a master.
that isnt a very good attitude to have coming here. everyone can learn something.
your posts make it look like you studied alot of michael turners stuff. which is ok. id like to see more finished art from you before i can make a proper crit.
post more!

Okay from what I can see so far, you've got alot of anatomy issues. You've got the big muscles down biceps and triceps and pecs and all that but start to check out the minor muscles to that flow in relation. Umm its hard to tell for sure though. I would also love to see some more complete work if possible, it would open up a more area to really judge the progress of your skills. Some fun stuff so far :)
Again there is only a handful of drawings so its really hard to tell.
And if you can take pictures looking straight down it would make it easier to judge the linework.
I really need to see more to give you a better critique, but its looks like a good start. Your poses arent stiff so thats really nice to see.
I dont really care about the overdraw thing. Some people like it, some don't, thats up to you. It is something that I find helpful though. Well I look forward to seeing more of your work. Keep it up.
:thumbs up:
well I think Hiyuken has every right to ask not to have his work drawn over. At least he brought it up before hand instead of waiting for it to happen and blowing up. I figure if he dont want no crits and just wants to show his stuff then thats cool.

Psshh....I think the pros would be the last to have an issue with this. Anyway....yeah anatomy issues, but I think that part of the reason for the pics beingoff angle is so the flash didn't reflect back at the camera, maybe. Either that or he just didn't want to try and get an overhead shot, but it does make a good crit difficult.
Overall not too bad. I too would like to see some more sketches.

how are we supposed to get an accurate portrayal of your pieces if you take photos of them at ridiculous camera angles?

Also, it seems that you've written "Donatello/TMNT" above the first faceless character sketch. Donatello carries a bo staff; on average, it's "Leonardo" carrying the swords.
Your kinda like me, my sketches arent very clean. So it makes it hard to really give any constructive crit anyway. I'd like to see more finished stuff. I promise I wont draw over it.

Listen before this gets to far out of proportion, I took these at work in a training class at geico, I don't work there anymore and the photo's were taken well...kinda quickly and covertly which explains the angle. I'll put up some finished pieces in a short while. Have to handle some business first. Thanks for the respect.
