I remember flipping through a magazine and one of the south creators was boasting that people will never question who's more sinister (between Cartman or Bart).
It was after the whole, cartman making some kid eat his parents then licking his tears thing.

So the Battle:
Southpark's Cartman VS Family Guy's Stewie.
Should be more of a challenge.

Cartman advantages:
LONG, elaborate drawn out schemes.
Disadvantages:
Schemes are Long, elaborate and drawn out.

Stewie advantages:
Tend to whip out weapons out of nowhere.
Disadvantages:
He's a baby?

My money's on Stewie.
He'd disintegrate cartman before he can do anything fancy.

Stewie makes Satan and Emperor Palpatine look like good nuns. Stewie beats all. He's Doctor Doom as an infant.

Stewie would attempt to defeat Cartman, but then be interrupted every five minutes with references to 80's pop culture.

Give me a break. Stewie's evil schemes have all failed. Case in point- Lois still lives.

On the other hand, Cartman's diabolical schemes have almost always succeeded. I can think of only two right now that didn't.. getting an incriminating tape from Butters, and exterminating the Jews. Other than that - Cartman far surpasses Lex Luthor in terms of evil victories. Football-Head isn't even in his league.

Actually he did kill her one episode but Death was off duty so she didn't die. The only reason he can't kill her is because they need her for the show. He's killed plenty of other people though.

Cartman isn't really much of a challenge for Stewie.

A better battle would be Stewie versus Doctor Doom or The Emperor. That would be both interesting and funny.

Seemed like most people who picked cartman only did it because they hate Stewie....not because he could actually beat him.

Stewie is just way to smart for Cartman... how many times has Cartman been scammed?
Stewie has managed to destroy his own self from the future... albeit a few hours in the future, after his future self saved him from a traumatic experience --- that's evil.
