I like number one...just for the energy alone. Number two looks posed and really stiff.

I agree. I don't think I'll use either one of them as a basis to start my piece for the draw off... But the action shot is more along the lines of what I'll be doing.

This one had some nice energy, and I'm trying something a little bit different.
Might see where this one takes me.

His abdomen seems a little short on this latest one...especially where it runs into his legs/crotch. Still, out of the 3, I like this one the best.

Yeah, there's stuff to work out with the perspective and forshortening.

Looking good DF. Only thing I can really comment on at this point is his left hand (w/o the claws) is lacking the arch of the knuckles. Middle finger should be slightly higher with a slope to digits 4 and 5. But thats just me nit-pick'n
His feral expression is excellent. Good Work. Can't wait to see the finishes.

Great progress! It reminds me a tiny bit of Bart Sears in the face.

Pretty cool, Bovey. Peep the right bicep though....

I'll probably have the finished pencils up this weekend. The figure is done, just need to do the background.
Might ink this one too.
