Nice, i think all your figures are way to squashed, it's a common mistake, just elongate them more and check proportion. If you want more fluid motion try starting with a gesture line, that usually helps me. I think what you have is pretty good so far just keep at it.

First post! The polearm is a combination of two blade styles I saw in some historical documentation. And I already got a comment about one of the eyes being off.

Got off on a bumpy start due to vacations and cons, but back on the wacom horse. I promise to be more diligent in the future.
This is a rough sketch for an upcoming series of concepts for a sequential project. It will get more developed in this thread (aka "more exciting to look at.")

My crits: I'm not used to drawing guns, so it's possibly chunky looking. The right foot on the left figure is overly flat and askew. The torso also is too forward facing...probably can fix by redoing the belt to show the twist more. And I think I made the same mistake in the figure on the right.
As an aside, I got Painter X and loving it over 9.
