If so why does she needs those bracelets to block the bullets?

And if she isn't bullet proof. Should'nt this fact not make her the most powerful woman in the DC Universe. Supergirl,Powergirl,Mary Marvel would be higher than her.

In iconic image terms, she is the most powerful. And hey, I'm fairly sure her belt's bullet proof too (and wouldn't she wear armour of some kind? If so, why have bare arms? There's too many questions!)

From Wikipedia…

Diana's stamina gives her a resistance to blunt force trauma, capable of shrugging off punches from beings such as Superman and Captain Marvel. However, Diana's skin can be pierced by sharp objects as a normal person's would, a further instance of her drawing power from the Earth. Like the Earth, Diana is constantly renewing herself, allowing her to quickly heal herself.

She is bulletproof, but she likes to keep her reflexes quick by blocking bullets with her wrist bands.;)
