MOVIES: X4 line-up

Theres a pretty good chance they'll make an X4 in the future and with most of the main actors getting old some wont come back. Which characters would you like to see in the next film?

My List:
Iceman-Drama with Rogue, Kitty and Gambit
Rogue-Has a thing with Gambit
Kitty- Drama with Iceman and Rogue
Bishop- Crazy black guy who thinks hes from the future
Gambit- Kind of takes Wolverines place and look above
Collossus-Supporting cast that interacts with the team, maybe becomes the peacemaker of the group
Cyclops- Main character
Emma Frost- Finds Scotts body still alive somewhere and is Jeans replacement

Baddies:
Hellfire Club, Mr. Sinister and Apocalypse

That'll be Wesley Snipes playing Bishop then.

I agree with this. A "Rise of Apocalypse" movie would be awesome. Problem is I don't think it could be fitted into one movie. It would probably be more like 2, maybe even 3 movies.

"Rise of The Sentinels"-
Trask (Bill Duke) brings proposals to the United Nations on how to control the mutant problem. His Proposal is the 'Sentinel' program. If mutants to do not register their powers, they will be hunted down on put into labour camps. Trask has developed huge 40 foot high killing machines Aka Sentinels. The UN refuse Trask's ideas, labeling him a would be dictator. Little do they know that the Sentinel project has already been running for several months and the first of many of these killing machines is rolling off the production line.

Well, thats my idea for the start of a new movie... Cast wise, I think I would have Wolvie playing a bit more of a back seated role, with more one liners and put downs. I would love to have Nightcrawler back. He is such a great character.

I want to see the x-men out in public.
Walking through New York.

In fact, I'd like to see them as a group - charging down the street. It'd be beautiful.
Iceman's ice slides stretching back half a mile and him skidding along at the front. The camera would zoom in and out all round him.
Nightcrawler teleporting from point to point.
Angel flying above them all (camera pans up and we just see a winged silhouette).
Colossus charging towards the camera. Perhaps the camera would shake as he neared.
Beast jumping and bouncing over the roofs of cars.
Cannonball screeching along leaving a trail of fire and smoke.
Shadowcat running through the air (that cool airwalk thing she can do) and just passing straight through the traffic and crowds.
I can see it in my head.
The best scene they could ever put into an x-men movie. :cool:
It'd be like putting a comic book cover onto the screen and making it move.

The 'movement' of superheros is one of the most exciting things about them. Flight. Superspeed. Teleportation.



And they'd be running towards.....who knows. Needs to be a more 'wild' villain in the next film I think. Less calculating than magneto or the government. Big, strong, powerful. Who could that be?

Yeah, I agree Beastie. Watching Spidey swinging around New York is great. To see other characters doing the same would also be sweet.

Heard they're going to do Magneto too. I'd pay for that as well.

As for an x-4... i'd be worried they'd mess it up. :(

Hmm..."Catwoman" and "Elektra" are still fresh in my mind. I haven't seen them, but also have no intention to.

I think the key thing is backing up a bit. In a way I'm not surprised- I don't think Kelsey Grammer signed up for one film!

Not give anything away, but the present lineup's cool, plus I'd get Nightcrawler and Sabretooth back

Cable: I'm from the future, looking for my mommmy and I'm out to kill wolverine. (Isn't that his story?)
Gambit: Pepe le pew. Has a few flings and intimidates the male halves of younger couples.
Bishop: A Black Cable. Dreadlocks version of course.
Nightcrawler: Cuz he was COOL. Greatest opening for a movie I'VE ever seen.
Psylocke: The kung fu master type to replace wolverine.
Jubilee: The new hot young girl to keep hormones raging (in the movie, and in the theatre)

Villains:
Omega red. But I guess you'll need wolverine to do his story right?
Sentinals: Just to provide "giant robots exploding" special effects.
Onslaught: Because I never actually read any of the coomics, but his character design was cool in Marvel Vs Capcom

Guest appearances:
IronMan: Because I'm a fanboy
Quicksilver: Cuz I think he has potential.
Deadpool: Just cuz he's cool should be enough to add him. But if you want to get all technical, he'd be the comic relief.

why the eff has no one mentioned proffesor X yet? he wakes up in that other body after a couple months. however, the sentinels are FSU (figure it out yourself). storm has been proven to be a crappy leader and the school disbands. thus its up to X to regroup everyone. perfect to bring back cyclops (remember, his body was never found) and nightcrawler and intro gambit.

I'd love to see Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver pop up in a possible X4. I mean, they're the kids of freakin' Magneto! Pyro's position could have easily been Quicksilver. Maybe Forge but closer to the Ultimate one than the Marvel Classic. I'm really suprised Magneto didn't seek out a mutant that can build ANYTHING HE THINKS OF right away. Or maybe a flashback with Magneto and Prof. X coming up with Cerebro and Forge is the one that actually builds it. It would also reveal that Magneto asked Forge to build him his telepathy blocking helmut. Nothing like a major character or anything but a nice little thing to toss in the X-Men movie mythos.

I'd really hesitate to introduce another slew of more char. since nothing has really been done with the others they've introduced.

And NO Gambit. A lame 90's character and just...ugh. Yeah yeah he's a loner but Wolverine kind of fits that part and Hugh Jackman does it really well.

ok i'm new to the quicksilver scarlet witch thing... they are both magneto's kids, but in the ultimates books i just read they sure has hell are clingy... it's like watching angelina Jolie and her brother back in the day... um are those two having some sort of sick relationship? (quicksilver and SW, not Jolie lol)

Also do they have the same mom?? Just morbidly curious.

I want Nightcrawler first of all. Wolverine out. (It might as well been Wolverine and the X-men 1-3 movies) He's gonna get his own damn movie anyway.

I havent liked the Iceman thus far but hopefully they could pull off some better stuff with his Ice form.

They need to give Magneto a break also. I would be cool with the Hellfire club. That would bring Emma Frost in and they could play with that.

Btw: Prof. X shouldnt have sounded like himself at the end of the movie. That bugged me. He brought his mind to that guy-not his vocal cords.

Screw all of that... Here's my Idea...

Age of Apocolypse... sticking closely to the book...

The kicker would be the free 1 hour show broadcast on National Television setting up the whole thing... A high Budget Free Movie that will be shown about 1 month prior to the actual movie! Also, you can download the darn thing to your Ipod...

With this in mind... and with more screens showing the movie.. I can guarantee a $200 Million Opening Weekend if it's done on a Holiday Weekend.

As far as Directors go... Kevin Smith and Peter Jackson!!!

The story itself... doesn't matter... it'll be a 2 parter.
