I think it's a shame that someone like Kojima, who has no unique vision and brought nothing of any significant originality to the Metal Gear franchise is publicly lambasting an artist of Boll's stature. I for one think that Patrick Swayze would make one supremely f**king badass Solid Snake.

Kojima is just afraid that Boll would take the artistic route with Metal Gear and not deliver just a straight up action film. The problem with using someone like Uwe Boll is that he's so much more interested in plot and story, and character development, that the actual action part would be lost.

Maybe he could co-direct with the ultimate action auteur, Michael Bay.

If Clint Eastwood were still young I'd think he would pull off
a very decent Solid Snake. Otherwise, go for someone who
isn't a huge star, but has acting potential and somewhat of
a badass. The reason Snake is so cool is because he's a badass.

man, I always wanted David Hayter to just play Snake. The dude looks JUST like him and does the voice in the games. It won't be the same without his voice. If Hayter hit the gym he could totally be in shape for the role too. No matter what, the movie of this game will never be some awesome academy award winning thing, so I don't care if he can't act perfectly. I just want the damn voice!!!

Guyver is awesome.
Have ya checked out the new guyver episodes? It's up to number 10 on the net. It's from the begining of the story again but it's revisted (new villains and story changes). Graphic and story is better. Very cool for guyver fans
