Well Saveloomis may be dead... but the internet isn't ;)

I already had 3 of those books (the ones that were b&w) printed out and in a binder anyhow. I never printed out Creative Illustration or whatever it was called though.

I oughtta print and bind mine... I think I got most all of 'em by now.

What really needs to happen is they need to return to print... anyone ever find out why the hell they're NOT in print?

I got all 6 of them lying about somewhere. I'll admit to using 950 pages of my schools printing for the books, and read 30 pages or something of one of them so far ¬_¬

Well, if they've been removed, hopefully someone with the rights has finally figured out the value of these books and will be putting them back in print.

I do know an actualy link to the location of all six books in PDF. still active, think I got it off concept art. dunno whether its a good idea to post them here anymore tho.

Good point! Maybe SaveLoomis is down because Loomis has been saved... it's a nice thought, anyhow.

You would think, though, that the people who ran the site would have put up a message or something.

Wait, people are happy that we're going to have to pay for them now?

I think they're worth it. I'd rather have nice copies than iffily scanned and assembled .pdf files.

I guess I'm just cheap. And poor.

If I'm not mistaken, there was indeed a message at one point. It's since been removed.

Someone from another site gave me a link to the PDF files of all of the books... so I quickly downloaded them so I have them on my comp. Does anyone need them still?

The site does say "letter of removal received" which I'd take to mean someone has the right to instruct them to take the pages down.

And yeah, I tend to prefer reference materials in print than on my computer - no matter how much I like google image search.
